Hands-on capability building workshops
Format:
For:
Half-day or full-day
Education, member services, events and internal teams
-
A hands-on workshop on your team's own tasks. Participants practise effective prompting, research and fact-checking, handling confidential information, and spotting when a person needs to review the result. The half day covers these foundations. The full day adds time to build reusable AI routines and templates for participants' own work, with individual feedback. Optionally, the opportunities your team identifies become first AI guidelines and a short roadmap of priorities, reviewed with your leadership.
-
Practical AI skills, applied to their own work
A practical AI cheatsheet
A skills check before and after the workshop
Optional: first AI guidelines and a roadmap of 3-5 priorities
AI Board Briefing

Practical briefing and strategy session, online or in person
Boards, executive committees and senior leadership teams
For:
Duration:
90-120 minutes
-
A practical session for directors and senior leaders on what AI means for the association: what it can and can't do, where it creates opportunity or risk, and what leaders are responsible for, including data protection, human oversight and accountability. Together we set first principles for responsible AI use and the strategic questions to take forward.

AI for Internal Workflows
Format:
>>
Workflow preparation, hands-on working sessions and follow-up coaching
For:
Teams ready to move from individual AI use to shared workflows
Duration:
Scoped per workflow
-
Your team turns one recurring process into an AI-supported workflow, working on real tasks. We map how the work runs today and check the data it needs. In hands-on sessions with advanced tools such as Claude Code or Codex, your team designs, builds and tests the workflow, with clear points where people review and approve. We then coach the team while the workflow goes into daily use, review the results and extend what works to other activities.
-
A redesigned workflow running in your team's daily work
Clear AI support points and human decision points
Staff who can build and improve AI workflows themselves
An approach you can extend to other activities

AI Solution Implementation
Format:
Build project or implementation support
tailored to the scope
Duration:
For:
Associations that need a solution beyond what their team can build itself
-
When a need goes beyond what your team can build, we take responsibility for delivering the solution. We scope it first: user needs, data, technical requirements and plan. Then we build, test and improve it with your team, and hand it over with training and documentation. Typical examples are knowledge assistants, AI-supported e-learning content and abstract handling, where AI prepares the information and people decide. You can start here directly, without an INTEGRATE engagement.
-
A working AI solution built around your workflow
A tested first version your team can use immediately
Clear documentation and human checkpoints
Handover with user training, for continued use and improvement
